…的違規 (#613) - PsycNet 無權限列：補一篇觀察；舊 shell 腳本停在結束碼 6，訊號網址卻是 sciencedirect 的 Cloudflare 標記（未查證讀到哪一頁） - EBSCO 段新增〈2026-10-07 的觀察（含一次違規）〉：本機 plugin 快取停在 #613 之前，agent 照舊版 頁內取檔走，違反「閱讀器之後交給人」。記下量到的站點行為（以 DO 欄位檢索、詳細頁不能直接導、 存取選項以合成事件展開的三項內容）與違規的取檔細節（簽章網址帶／不帶 credentials 的不同結果， 與 09-28 的 CORS 紀錄不同），並標明兩種都是禁止的做法 - 失敗形狀：舊版 skill 沒有第 0 步的契約版本檢查，察覺不到自己過期 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…on 不動 (#729) #613 修正輪改了 akashic-fetch-fulltext 的 SKILL.md（「跟真人一樣」、只導航交給人），但殼版本 一直停在 0.13.2。Claude Code 以版本號決定要不要換快取，所以 marketplace 已是新內容、 `claude plugin update` 卻回報「已是最新」，使用者機器上載入的仍是頁內取檔的舊 skill （2026-10-07 實測：快取 SKILL.md 沒有「跟真人一樣」，marketplace 的有）。 - plugin.json version 0.13.2 → 0.13.3；binary_version 0.12.1 不動（#275 解耦，先例 afebc91） - publishers.md：把 #728 寫的過期原因更正為「內容改了、版本號沒升」 Refs #613 Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

plugin/skills/akashic-fetch-fulltext/references/publishers.md，不動程式。doiLanding停於結束碼 6cloudflare-challenge，但訊號網址是 sciencedirect.com 的__cf_chl_rt_tk，不是 psycnet；舊腳本讀到哪一頁未查證。q=DO%20<DOI>檢索回 1 筆；詳細頁直接導航回「頁面無法使用」；「存取選項」的三項內容（PDF／線上全文／機構 link resolver）。credentials:"include"沒有結果、不帶回200 application/pdf；與 09-28 的「CORS 失敗」紀錄不同，09-28 帶了什麼沒有記錄，所以不下通則。兩種都標為禁止。為什麼記違規
讓這個失敗形狀被看見，也避免下一個人再去試已經禁止的取法。全程沒有起疑訊號，但文中寫明「沒被擋不代表做法可以」。
