Good systems start with understanding people.

I design and build AI products for the work between the work: the support request, the missing documentation, the broken handoff. My M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology shapes how I approach engineering—understand the behavior, then design the system.

Working in Customer Success at iT1 Nucleos keeps me close to the people using what I build, especially in correctional education and reentry.
