Adds a standalone note field to the employee profile's pay review section. Admins can write a note as a reminder for an upcoming pay review and delete it once it's no longer needed. The note is separate from salary records. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

We already persist unsaved changes as a draft - seems like we could just use that? |

So I guess these are two slightly different things. The existing box is what I use when confirming the salary change after the pay review takes place. The proposed note box is for a blitzscale person to basically do a dry run of their people and leave some notes in the profile ahead of the pay review meeting, so it can quickly be referenced, then once the decision is made, it can be deleted if necessary. |
