Temporary copies and other mods' instances are still held back, and a
replacement that fails restores the older instance.
Rebuilding one runs its mod's code, so it catches up when the mod is back.
Hotwire's download list doesn't say who started what, so the next jar
of something already running looks like the plan's own, and stopping
it deletes its partial file. A plan begun beside other downloads now
can't pause or stop any, and its discarded jars just finish.
Hotwire reopens the startup queue to run an added mod's entrypoints, so
a copy of a registered config used to merge into it and overwrite its
saved values. It now waits for the late window that follows.
A live copy runs under its own id, so the old mod kept owning the config
ids it made again, which hid them and suspended their keybinds until a
restart. Copies now take over the configs they make again, and the old
tree's binds go even after Hotwire took out its card.
