+Set DWP benefit rates to the amounts announced in DWP's Benefit and pension rates publications and set by the Up-rating Orders, replacing CPI projections: 2025-26 values (including the Pension Credit standard minimum guarantee, £227.10 and £346.60, and the pension-age Housing Benefit allowances, £244.40 and £366.00), the legacy premiums and Constant Attendance Allowance (whose fixed-start uprating overrode published rates in every year), Income Support personal allowances, Housing Benefit non-dependant deductions, the carer premium for two carers, and earlier years where they differed. Fixed amounts the law does not uprate (WTC childcare limits, which Housing Benefit also uses, and the CTC family element) are no longer projected. The pension-age Housing Benefit allowances now cite SI 2006/214 rather than SI 2006/213.

		Set DWP benefit rates to the amounts announced in DWP's Benefit and pension rates publications and set by the Up-rating Orders, replacing CPI projections: 2025-26 values (including the Pension Credit standard minimum guarantee, £227.10 and £346.60, and the pension-age Housing Benefit allowances, £244.40 and £366.00), the legacy premiums and Constant Attendance Allowance (whose fixed-start uprating overrode published rates in every year), Income Support personal allowances, Housing Benefit non-dependant deductions, the carer premium for two carers, and earlier years where they differed. Fixed amounts the law does not uprate (WTC childcare limits, which Housing Benefit also uses, and the CTC family element) are no longer projected. The pension-age Housing Benefit allowances now cite SI 2006/214 rather than SI 2006/213.
