JSON 객체 전송, 요청별 offline JSON Schema, resume digest 고정, 명시적 chat-template 옵션을 opt-in으로 추가한다. 출력 절단·HTTP 429·요청 크기를 별도 원장 사유로 분리한다. 기본 프로필과 기존 capability/CAS/승인 경계는 유지하고 unknown 호출을 재전송하지 않는다.
검증: 전체 workspace test, clippy -D warnings, fmt, third-party license 검사 통과. 실제 CLI fixture 및 플랫폼 실제 모델 데이터 대화 4과제 완주. 상세는 ADR-0044. 운영 반영은 별도 플랫폼 통합 이후 digest별 binary와 기존 원장 호환성을 보존하며 진행한다.
