필수 의존성 26개를 소비 서비스(xgen-workflow)가 지금 설치하는 버전으로 고정한다. 라이브러리 릴리스가 dev·stage·prod 를 한꺼번에 바꾸지 않게 하는 XGEN 전체 정확한 버전 고정 작업의 일부. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

필수 의존성 26개를 소비 서비스(xgen-workflow)가 지금 설치하는 버전으로 고정하고 xgen-pdf 를 0.1.2 로 올린다(같은 코드, 의존성만 고정). 에이전트의 문서 편집 도구는 runtime 4.74.0 에서 빠지고, 이 라이브러리는 xgen-workflow 의 문서 미리보기가 계속 쓴다.
