Add only Docker Engine 29.8.0 to the supported host policy while preserving prior ranges and keeping later versions untested. Update README and compatibility guidance, run 11 boundary classification cases, and verify the settings inside the release JAR. Hold merge and release until the separate three-backend Ubuntu 26.04 runtime acceptance passes.
