Preserve runtime/GPU DeviceRequests through agent creation and inspection. Report actual Linux host runtimes, NVIDIA and DRM/KFD devices and groups. Reject malformed mappings and contradictory IPC/shared memory. Tested hardware conversion, inventory fixtures, Linux/Windows compile, and an isolated real Docker create/start/inspect/cleanup of shared-memory, runtime, CPU/PID, devices, groups, tmpfs, sysctls and ulimits. Physical CUDA/ROCm execution is not claimed.
