Adds a read-only PR/main verification job for the Go 1.27.0 Linux amd64 raw binary: module integrity, race tests, vet, deterministic build, source and binary Trivy scans, CycloneDX SBOM, and SHA-256 checksums. Publication is manual from main only after verification; the workflow creates an annotated numeric tag and checksummed Release assets. No tag or Release is created by this PR.
