Neuer Parser sachsenanhalt-2026-csv liest die Gesamtzeilen je Gemeinde (Wahllokal leer) aus Ergebnisse_Gemeinden_LT_2026.csv, Parteispalten aus dem Kopf. 218 Gemeinden, Summen je Gemeinde gegen die gueltigen Zweitstimmen geprueft, Landesbeteiligung 77,8 Prozent wie amtlich gemeldet. sachsenanhalt-2026-csvfürErgebnisse_Gemeinden_LT_2026.csv(UTF-8, KopfF01.CDU). Je Gemeinde gibt es drei Zeilen (UrneU, BriefB, Gesamt = leer); nur die Gesamtzeile zählt.
