Parsewise Sample App: Underwriting Portal

A reference app showing how a commercial real-estate lender can build an underwriting portal powered by the Parsewise API.

Built around a fictional bridge lender (Acme Capital Partners), it demonstrates document ingestion, structured extraction with source citations, cross-document analysis, and AI-generated deal summaries, applied to a 15-document loan package.
