Remove templated noindex blog posts

Summary

• Delete the 233 noindex posts. They are the same template with the product name swapped, already off the blog index, sitemap, and RSS, and none of the 83 posts we are keeping link to them.
• Those URLs will 404. There is no redirect to /blog or the homepage.
• The lastmod check skips deleted files so CI does not treat a removal as an indexed edit that needs updatedDate.

The duplicate stub aws-rds-database-security-guide goes away with the rest. The real guide stays at /blog/aws-rds-security-guide/.

Test plan

• CI build succeeds and the sitemap no longer lists the removed slugs
• /blog/ still lists the 83 remaining posts
• A removed URL such as /blog/aws-eks-security-guide/ returns 404 after deploy
• /blog/aws-rds-security-guide/ still renders
