Support the masure regression

The python version of this package already supports the masure regression. In a similar way as in which we support neuralfoil, we should make a submodule such that we can support the masure regression.

Review plan — #387 masure regression

Objective. Let a geometry YAML entry [id, masure_regression, {t, eta, kappa, delta, lambda, phi}] resolve to polars in Julia, as the Python VSM does, instead of erroring "not yet supported".

Approach. Same shape as NeuralFoil: pure Julia inside the AirfoilAero submodule, no Python at runtime. The Python models are three ~2.3 GB scikit-learn Extra-Trees pickles on Zenodo (one per Re = 1e6, 5e6, 2e7; outputs in order CD, CL, CM). A one-off Python script exports each forest's tree arrays to .npz; a small Julia evaluator averages the trees; resolve_airfoil's masure_regression branch writes a polars table like the neuralfoil branch does. Unsupported Re or missing model files error with the Zenodo DOI and the export command.

Rejected alternative: a PythonCall extension reading the pickles directly (needs Python + sklearn + 7 GB at runtime, and breaks across sklearn versions).

Testing. CI can't hold the real models, so a committed few-KB fixture (a tiny sklearn ExtraTrees plus its sklearn predictions) checks the Julia evaluator to 1e-12 and checks the end-to-end YAML → polars → Wing path. The real-model parity test runs only when VSM_MASURE_MODELS_DIR is set. I can't run it on the box.

Decision for you. Is the export script that users run once acceptable (recommended), or do you want converted .npz models hosted somewhere?
