Add Hytale server config files for all platforms

Introduces server configuration XML files for Hytale on Linux (32/64-bit) and Windows (32/64-bit). These configs define server parameters, CLI templates, backup options, and memory settings to support Hytale server management.

⚠️ Important Testing Note

This PR is opened as a draft because the configurations have not been tested yet. These files were created based on:

• Hytale server documentation
• Similar configurations from other game servers in OGP
• Expected file structure and parameters

Needs Community Testing

Before this can be merged, we need community members with Hytale server setups to:

1. Test these configurations on actual Hytale servers
2. Verify that all parameters work correctly
3. Confirm CLI templates execute properly
4. Test backup functionality

How to Help Test:

1. Apply these configs to your OGP installation
2. Set up a Hytale server using these templates
3. Report back with:
   • Platform tested (Linux 32/64-bit, Windows 32/64-bit)
   • What works/doesn't work
   • Any configuration adjustments needed

Once confirmed working by multiple testers, this PR will be marked ready for review and merging.
