This PR adds new docs for new CLI sync.
It adds minimal changes to other docs. It's tricky because the legacy stuff still works and not all defaults have switched yet. So I'm trying to change as little as possible while keeping docs generally sane. Not easy.
Closes OpenFn/kit#1273
Separately I've opened #774 where I'll make a new v3 portability page, which apart from a footnote pretends the existing sync paradigm doesn't exist.
