iOS and macOS PR builds can also be triggered directly in Xcode Cloud on pull request changes. So if the goal is only to check Apple platform builds, we might not need to duplicate those in GitHub Actions. But keeping them here still makes sense if we want GitHub Actions artifacts/download links for every PR |
