新增了一个名为 summary_of_advancements_in_the_field_of_Agent 的多智能体协作 Workflow，配置文件全部放置在 yaml_instance/ 目录下。
该 Workflow 包含 3 个核心 LLM Agent 串行协作：

PaperRetrievalAgent：检索近一段时间内 Agent 领域的顶会/顶刊论文（如 arXiv, NeurIPS, ICML）。
StructuredSummaryAgent：提取论文核心贡献、关键方法及对 ChatDev 的参考价值。
ProgressSynthesisAgent：整合信息，生成包含研究趋势和 ChatDev 落地建议的 Markdown 进展报告。

Could you provide a demo of this workflow? For example, it would be helpful to include a sample output report generated by the pipeline
This would make it easier to understand how the agents collaborate in practice and to evaluate the usefulness of the workflow.
