docs: put the README banner on the Knowhere logo - #433

The banner carried a violet starburst and a violet wordmark accent, neither of which is in the brand kit. It now carries the kit default lockup: the stepped mark left of the wordmark, in Deep Teal, on the same 1000x233 white canvas. The artwork is `assets/logos/svg/logo-brand.svg` from the brand kit, scaled to 900px wide and centred, so the mark-to-wordmark relationship is the official one rather than a reconstruction. The violet `2.0` badge is not part of the kit and goes with the old drawing. `docs/assets/knowhere-banner-2.0.png` is removed.

The banner at the top of the README drew a violet starburst with a violet accent in the wordmark. Violet is not in the Knowhere brand kit, so the first thing a reader saw was a logo the product does not use.
It now carries the kit's default lockup: the stepped mark left of the wordmark, in Deep Teal (
