Removes both Discord notification steps from the active GitHub Releases workflow and the disabled legacy workflow, then removes the matching secret setup instructions from the README.
The workflow diff no longer contains the exposed webhook reference. This does not revoke the value from Git history, so the Discord webhook still needs to be rotated or deleted in Discord.
Validation: inspected the full diff and confirmed the current workflow and README contain no webhook URL, action, or secret references.
actionlintstill reports pre-existing shell quoting warnings and an oldsoftprops/action-gh-release@v1version in the unchanged workflow lines.
