Adds Nutilz OCR, a free browser-based OCR tool for extracting text from images and scanned PDFs (no signup required). Server-side extraction via a FastAPI backend, fits the existing Parsers, OCR and extraction section alongside similar free web tools like Smallpdf/BentoPDF.
