…fusing them Found in production: in the CRM demo a person with a side panel open (devtools and translation panels look the same) was read as "environment only", and the room owner's "never" turned that into a block. A proven agent is still refused; when only the environment looked like one, "never" now asks for the owner's passkey (step-up), which an agent cannot give. A company block stays a block.
