Main changes explained:

• Added Functionality to Register for Event and Add to Calendar Buttons.
• Clicking on Register for Event displays toast message as registered for event and prevents from further duplicate registrations.
• Clicking on Add to Calendar now opens up Google Calendar with Event Name prefilled in Google Calendar Event Details.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ https://localhost:5173/communityportal/calendar
6. Click on an event
7. Click on Register for event and verify if registration toast is displayed and Already Registered message is shown on Register for event button.
8. Click on Add to Calendar verify on click that new tab opens with google calendar with event details pre filled.
