Updated the default Ubuntu and Windows worker images to 24.04 and 2025 respectively, reflecting the latest versions and their associated tools.
Updated modification date and added warning about Ubuntu 24.04 images.
Updated the modification date and added a warning about the unavailability of Windows Server 2022 images.

I wasn't sure if we need to change the worker tools to remove the old images as well (didn't appear in the reference PR)
