This individual version proposal repeats a change already reviewed and deferred in #188/#191. Its complete diff was checked against the merged dependency decision record.

Keep coherent Tomcat 9/javax and Tomcat 10.1/Jakarta engine pairs. Updating annotations alone to Tomcat 11 also mixes engine/API lines.

Closing this exact repeated proposal under that dated disposition. Security updates remain enabled; new advisory evidence or a materially different compatibility proposal requires fresh review. This does not claim that the proposed version was applied. #169 records the queue cleanup.
