The first live dependency submissions from #173 succeeded, but GitHub selected the build detector's graph for each POM and hid runtime dependencies. Use the same detector identity for project and build graphs, with four distinct correlators, so GitHub merges the graphs while retaining canonical source POM paths and runtime/development scopes.
Validated with actionlint and the 10 existing policy/parser tests. Live SBOM verification after both default-branch jobs finish is required before recording batch 02 complete in #169. This follow-up completes #97's resolved-transitive visibility acceptance criterion; no dependencies or suppressions change.
