Release 0.12.0.1: the README on Hackage describes 0.12 - #92

The README in the 0.12.0.0 tarball gave version bounds that exclude 0.12 and a server command that exits at once. A tarball cannot be replaced, so a release carries the corrected one. The changelog.d fragment is assembled under the 0.12.0.1 heading and removed, and nova-cache.cabal moves to 0.12.0.1.

Hackage shows the README from the 0.12.0.0 tarball, which gave version bounds excluding 0.12 itself and a server quick-start that exits at once without
CACHE_API_KEY. A published tarball cannot change and a metadata revision cannot change the README, so a release carries the corrected one.The
changelog.dfragment is assembled under## 0.12.0.1 - 2026-11-05and removed, andnova-cache.cabalmoves to 0.12.0.1. Since 0.12.0.0 only documentation and CI changed, so the fourth component moves. No module, export or dependency changed.Checks:
publish.yml's changelog check passes against this tree; ASCII only. Publishing builds the documentation before it uploads anything (#90).
