Disputes Guide: say that Disputes Services apps deliver alerts on third-party gateways #43

Description

@next-devin

Gap: RDR and Ethoca alerts reach merchants on third-party gateways (NMI, Authorize.net, Stripe, etc.) through the integrated Disputes Services apps: Chargeback360, Chargeback.io, Chargeblast, Disputifier. Each app has its own page, but the Disputes Guide never states this, and the marketing site describes RDR/Ethoca alongside NEXT Payments.

How it surfaced: the agent consultation probes for nextcommerce-site#154 (2026-09-16). Every funnel/CRM persona (Sticky.io merchant with NMI + Authorize.net MIDs, chargebacks rising) put "does dispute protection extend to my gateways, or only NEXT Payments?" in its open questions, on both Claude and Codex, after reading the guide. That is the trigger persona for NEXT Payments prospects, and the docs leave the answer to sales.

Ask: one paragraph on the Disputes Guide: alerts and representment on third-party gateways come through a Disputes Services app, with links to the four app pages and the apps category on nextcommerce.com/apps/#fraud-and-chargebacks.

Evidence: probe matrix, sticky transcripts.
