Adding comments with examples of each header type in ephy_testing_data.
Now tests for existence of the patterns and produces error or None values as appropriate.

Code was working fine but this clearly demonstrates the meaning of the option and rescaling of times.

This adds a test of the keep_original_times option. While that code was correct this test clearly shows the effect of that option as well as how scaling of timestamps works with respect to this option and global_t_start.
