Thirdperson view incorrect after viewing demo replay

Description

When entering the game after previously having viewed a demo replay, and then switching to third person mode, the third person camera position is incorrect.

To Reproduce

• Join any match
• Record an example recording of a short length (few seconds, so it's convenient to fully view later without it taking too much time): record example
• Disconnect from the match
• Load the recorded demo: playdemo example
• Play the demo file all the way to the end (i.e. don't exit midway)
• Wait until you're brought back to the game's main menu view once the demo ends
• Join any match
• Use command thirdperson (cvar sv_cheats 1 is required by server config to use thirdperson)

this is not unique to viewing replays, generally the cam_idealdist commands seem to be applied selectively, you can set them to one value and after a game restart you need to change them again for the camera to be in the right position. I was meaning to solve this issue, theres another convar cam_collision which stops the camera position from being updated without first moving it to its final destination, causing the camera to be stuck where the first person camera was if you enter thirdperson while cam_collision is set to 0 for example
