Description

Adding a new callback-clients (cbc) component which depends on the callbacks component - I have not included any pipelines for this

Renames the callbacks component to 'cb' but retains the parent folder name so the state is retained - this WILL cause a bit of fun rolling out to prod. Platform team very happy to help smooth that through for you
