Updates the cookies policy page to replace placeholder/auth-cookie text with detailed descriptions of the essential cookies used by the lung cancer screening service.
Changes:
- Replaced the previous “auth” placeholder row with Django
sessionidcookie details. - Added entries describing Azure load-balancing cookies and Django
csrftoken(including expiry text for CSRF).
