Improvements with db space

Resolves #607

• Added a cron job to clear the RPC requests table every day.
• Improved how data is stored by checking for account_id to avoid duplicate entries.
• Stopped blocking on DB writes — now the data is returned right away and saved in the background.

Result:
These tweaks brought down the db size to just 10MB on the test instance. Fly need 100-150MB for logs and other files, so on average 300 should be more than sufficient for production, the most will be taken by RpcRequest but daily cleanup will help

I created new db for both test and production and attached it to existing apps, deleted the existing ones.
