sdk/multichain/concepts/scopes.md — New concept page covering CAIP-2 scopes, CAIP-10 account IDs, and CAIP-25 sessions, centralizing explanations previously duplicated across the multichain quickstart and tutorial.

Content improvements

• sdk/multichain/tutorials/create-multichain-dapp.md — Removed duplicated "What is the Multichain API?" section; replaced with a link to the new scopes concept page.
• sdk/multichain/quickstart.md — Removed "Understanding scopes" section; linked to the scopes concept page in the methods table.

Overview
Reorganizes the sdk docs overview by replacing the single about page with dedicated architecture, integration-options, and supported-platforms pages, and updates the intro page to point readers to the new structure.

Adds a new Multichain Concepts doc (scopes) that centralizes CAIP-2/10/25 terminology, and updates the multichain quickstart/tutorial to link to it instead of duplicating explanations. Also refreshes site UI/config by updating the announcement bar messaging to promote MetaMask Connect and adjusting Mermaid diagram font settings.
