Low risk documentation-only change that removes Palm testnet references; main risk is users losing pointers to legacy testnet endpoints/tokens if they still rely on them.

Overview
Removes Palm testnet documentation by deleting the Palm testnet endpoint from get-started/endpoints.md and dropping Palm from the testnet token/faucet table in how-to/get-testnet-tokens.md.

Updates the Palm reference landing page to explicitly note that Palm testnet support is deprecated while mainnet support remains.
