Overview
Bumps the monorepo version to 937.0.0 and releases @metamask/assets-controller 6.2.0 (documenting new balance-fetch middleware, RPC fallback behavior, and data-source timeouts).

Updates @metamask/bridge-controller and @metamask/transaction-pay-controller to depend on @metamask/assets-controller@^6.2.0, and refreshes corresponding changelogs/lockfile entries.
