Existing IDs should show curies not IRIs

Currently, existing Ids have cut-off chips, so no one can tell what those IDs are supposed to be, or even what ontology they belong to.

When terms have existing IDs, the chip needs to be rendered as the curie, not as a IRI.
When clicking on the chip, the user should be brought to the relevant IRI in a new tab. [this functions currently as expected]

If there is no curie, chips should align right to see the relevant part of the IRI, or make wider to see everything
