Ten contrib/inbox drops from the 2026-10-12/13 Decompose and Rehost lab runs, each with the TEMPLATE front matter and at most 600 words, and the draft upstream report (U1-U53) moved to bug-logs/pending-github-issues/ with a DRAFT - NOT FILED status line. Template names neutralised. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VJgWP5vEoAsNsJYqCDMGNw

Coordinator decision on #347: the skills and rehost splits state their field results inline and say captures are not committed, so the FSM increment summaries, ledgers, cut rules and GenAI captures have no citing reader. Kept: native-bughunt CAPTURE.txt and D1-D3 (written from scratch), cited by the upstream draft in #344. Review follow-up on #344: Field evidence lines no longer cite sample directories #347 does not ship (only native-bughunt/ remains); the upstream draft's Source line cites #293 lab notes instead of inbox files; NativeReason reads 3 of 45 clean, 37 rejected, matching the bug-hunt table. Split from #293 (5/6). #293's independent review said HOLD, so it is being split into smaller PRs. This one carries only the inbox-lane material.
Direct lane (one file under
bug-logs/; the rest is inbox)What changed and why: This PR adds the ten
contrib/inbox/drops from the 2026-10-12/13 Decompose and Rehost lab runs. They cover increments 1–8, the native-module bug hunt, and the GenAI Showcase regeneration on 0.26.0 and on the 2026-10-13 nightly. Each drop now has theTEMPLATE.mdfront matter (From, Date, Kind, Field evidence, Proposed target). Each is at most 600 words: four files were cut down from 649–1218 words, and the per-module table of the bug hunt became a summary line. The draft upstream report for mendixlabs/mxcli moved frombug-logs/mxcli-upstream-report-2026-10-12.mdtobug-logs/pending-github-issues/2026-10-12-mxcli-0.26-round-trip-report.md, the repo's existing place for upstream drafts. It now starts with theRepo:/Source:/Status:header and the strip line. Its status reads DRAFT — NOT FILED: split it into one issue per U-id, check for duplicates, and retest it before anything is posted. Nothing was filed.Neutralised: "Siemens" became "a public Marketplace template". A personal-handle sample repo became "a public mxcli banking sample app". "(Mendix vendor)" became "(Mendix platform tools)". The report no longer cites
D4-…mdl, which is third-party model content and is not shipped in the samples split. A claim that a preflight item was "already promoted in the same commit" was removed, because it is not true in this split.Field evidence: The lab runs themselves. Each file's Field-evidence line names its run and its sample directory. Those directories arrive with the samples split (6/6). Some files cite numbered captures,
.mdlor tools that were not shipped, and each such file says so. Nothing in this PR is an instrument.render-routing.sh --check(baseline 75038 words before and after, budget 80000),check-scripts,check-portability,check-no-client-data,check-no-private-citationsandcheck-pr-discipline origin/master, all clean.
