bug: Disabling anti-conceal breaks with wrapped long tables

Describe the bug

I love the new concealed long tables but they don't seem to play nice with anti_conceal={enabled=false}.

When moving the cursor to a line that's wrapped with the new feature, it seems to ignore the anti_conceal setting and show the full unwrapped source line.
This is particularly annoying because it moves up all the lines underneath.

Expected behavior

when anti-conceal is disabled, conceal the table line even if the cursor is on that line
