Docs for the
EXCLUDE ALL NOT NULL CONSTRAINTSoption on MySQL source tables, added in #39873.MySQL counterpart of #39842. Same structure and wording, minus the
UNIQUE NULLS NOT DISTINCTnote, which MySQL does not have, and with the MySQL constraint naming ('PRIMARY') in the combined example. Also drops the now-shippedwarn-if-unreleased "v26.46"tag on the constraint drop section, as #39842 did for Postgres.Merge after v26.48 ships.
