Fixes #9: "Used by" nesting

An anonymous type has no users of its own, so the diagram of a local element like TAF's Contacts showed one box by itself. With "Used by" on, buildNeighborhood now follows the declaring element up through the containing types until it reaches a named type or a global element. Each step is a composition edge labelled with the element name and its multiplicity. The same chain is added when a named type's user sits in an anonymous holder.

Checked against TAF 3.5 (taf_cat_complete.xsd):

  • Contacts: Customer «element» → Customer (anonymous) —Contacts→ Contacts (anonymous)
  • ConsignmentIdent: the chain now goes up through ControlLabel and ConsignmentIdentification to WagonStatusMessage «element»

Closes #8: new examples

  • TAF TSI 4.0 (taf-tsi-4), from ERA's telematics TSI repository on GitLab (TD_105_xsd, pinned to commit 2daa71c). The old GitHub repo EU-Agency-for-Railways/TSI_TAF is archived and points there. It indexes cleanly: 3 files, 585 global and 1053 local components, 0 unresolved. The 3.5.0 example stays, so the two versions can be compared.
  • RINF (legacy) (rinf-legacy), from https://www.era.europa.eu/system/files?file=2022-11/rinf_schema_en.xsd. ERA's site is blocked from the environment where this was written, so this download and index are not verified. The step is guarded: if the download fails, the file doesn't look like a schema, or indexing fails, the example is left out with a warning.
  • Notices updated in the README, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and the Pages workflow comment.

No version bumps.

An anonymous type has no users of its own, so the diagram of a local element such as TAF's Contacts showed a lone box. The diagram now follows the declaring element up through the containing types to a named type or global element, also for anonymous holders of a named type's users.

Fixes #9
TAF TSI 4.0 comes from ERA's telematics TSI repository on GitLab (pinned commit), next to the existing 3.5.0 example. The legacy RINF XSD comes from the ERA website and is left out with a warning when it cannot be downloaded or indexed.
