[Discord] Right click menu shows pet menu on players in a different zone or instance

Environment

MSUF_6.12 Midnight 12.1.1

Reproduction steps

• Invite somebody in party that's in another zone.

• Right clicking party frame shows proper menu.

• Targeting the person and right clicking target frame shows pet menu.

• Moving into range right clicking on target works fine.

• If in raid mode right clicking on raid frame will show pet menu, same for target frame.

Issue appears on Blizzard Frames, Msuf frames and Danders, have not tested more.
