[Discord] Target Cast Bar doesn't obey Spall Name Shortening

Environment

6.09 or 6.08 I don't remember which version I had in the screenshot. Affecting Target Cast Bar

Reproduction steps

1. Cast Bars -> Name Shortening -> Max name length = 25
2. Unitframes -> Target -> Castbar width = 222, Castbar Spell Text Size = 14, Position preset = Left.
3. Unitframes -> Bosses -> Castbar width = 222, Castbar Spell Text Size = 14, Position preset = Left.
4. Go to Altar of Fangs -> The Writhing Coil (or I assume any Boss with spell name length > 25. When the boss casts Synchronized Venom or Burrowing Charge, Target castbar spell name isn't shortened.

On second thought I think spell name shortening is not wrong on Target frame but on Boss frames. Synchronized Venom or Burrowing Charge aren't ove 25 letters yet they were shortened.

So it's Boss frame not obeying the correct spell name shortening value. screenshot of another boss with 18 letters+space

I think the shortening is inconsistent. It's either not shortened or shortened at random values < 25. The longest one I found is "Interrupting Cloudburst", which is 23 letter+space so not reaching the threshold of 25 but shortened by both Target and Boss.

I'll disable Spell name shortening for now, since I can't even find spell names with longer than 25 letters, and my castbar is long enough to handle them.
