Quickly explore and compare circle detection parameters across multiple approaches with instant visual feedback.
Circle detection functions have many tunable parameters and choosing the right approach for your images often requires experimentation. This app lets you compare results from multiple detection methods side by side, tune parameters with instant visual feedback, and export the final circles or mask once you are satisfied.
The app supports imfindcirclesYOLO, imfindcircles, and imsegsam, with export options for both binary masks and circle centers/radii for downstream processing.
Requires MATLAB® R2026b or newer.
Also requires the following MathWorks products:
