#### Jobs priorities, memory exhaustion and fixes.

As we are focusing on the version 8, this release mainly includes changes from external contributors and fixes.
We have noticed yesterday that when uploading a large number of photos (3000+) in a single album, the worker would
crash due to memory exhaustion. Similarly, each processing photo would trigger at least 10 subsequent jobs,
ranging from various statistics & thumbnails computations. The current behaviour was checking whether a new job
was existing for that task and skip it. This would still eat about 15 to 50ms depending of the installation.

When processing such a large number of photos, the queue would grow rapidly, leading to a large number of meaningless pending jobs.
To solve this created two queues. The `default` queue handles the main processing tasks, while the `low` queue is used for less critical
jobs. We also added a limit of how many times a job can appear over an hour. The two combined will ensure that statistics and thumbs selection
are properly handled.

This change however is impactful for you if you are not using the lychee docker images, or you specified yourself the queue for the workers.
You will need to adjust your configuration to make sure that both the `default` and `low` queues are properly set up for your workers.
For users of the LycheeOrg docker image, this is already setup properly.
