added command for fabric vanilla permissions updated the commands command to be a little neater updated the editorsafety command to include stuff about webhooks added a link to modrinth for older forge/fabric downloads

Luck may feel differently, but instead of adding Modrinth to Might not be a horrible idea to add the other marketplace links (Ore and Spigot Resources) to the DL page too, if that route waws chosen. |

yeah finding older versions of luckperms for platforms that dont support many versions of minecraft (eg basically everything except bukkit and proxies) is not very straightforward right now. |
