Just had an issue where we were attempting to find a very specific build (Specifically neoforge working for 1.21.1) and noticed that the Jenkins, which appears to be the only place to download this specific build from (it was a single build, 5.4.149).
Well, this PR adds a link to the Jenkins on the download page:
