Upstream pinned @e2e-dev/mobile and @e2e-dev/limrun to agent-device 0.21.25 (tester-army#1059, tester-army#1066), the same bump this branch made. Take upstream's limrun files and lockfile, and drop this branch's now-redundant changeset. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
