Root cause

x509-common-util pulls unavailable com.keyfactor:servicemanifestbuilder:1.0.2

Changes

• Exclude the unused transitive com.keyfactor:servicemanifestbuilder dependency from com.keyfactor:x509-common-util in the root dependencyManagement of signserver/pom.xml, so the exclusion applies to every module that uses x509-common-util directly (SignServer-Common, SignServer-Server) or transitively.
