  • Jobs on prerelease Julia (nightly) now use continue-on-error: a failure there still shows in the run, but the workflow run is no longer marked failed, so it sends no failure email.
  • A newer push to the same branch or PR now cancels the older run (workflow-level concurrency with cancel-in-progress; this workflow has no deploy step).

CI on this PR fails at job setup on the deprecated actions/cache@v1, the same pre-existing failure that #36 fixes; merge #36 first, then rebase this.

GitHub retired actions/cache v1 in 2025, and jobs that use it fail. Use
julia-actions/cache, plus the checkout and setup-julia versions that
Tables.jl uses. The coverage upload step is unchanged.

Jobs on prerelease Julia now set continue-on-error, so a failure there
stays visible in the run but no longer fails the workflow run. A newer
push to the same branch or PR now cancels the older run.
